The majority of products are shipped within 2-6 days from the order submission. If you've not received an update of the product detail by the 7th day, you can contact us and we'll get back with the necessary details.

Here's how to see your courses:
Step 1) Login to your account.
Step 2) Proceed to 'My Courses" page
Step 3) On "My Courses", SCROLL DOWN the page (especially if you're on mobile).
Step 4) CLICK or TAP on the title of the course to view the course content.
Courses that you've purchased from us or our Integrated Partners will be available here. If any of your course is not available, please chat with us (bubble at bottom right hand side of screen)
You may view records of your purchases over at your Account>Orders Page.

You have lifetime access to your accounts and we do not charge any amounts for you to maintain an account.
Courses that do not have limited duration of access will be made available to your for lifetime after your one-time purchase.
Courses that are limited by duration (due to the different preference of various instructors and coaches around the world) will not be accessible after the course duration has expired.
